Can I have same day delivery?
If it is humanly possible the answer is yes – of course!

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere! A lot of our clients are based in London and the South East but we regularly deliver to businesses and individuals across the UK. We can also ship to Europe and the rest of the world with our various courier partners. We can quote you a range of options to meet your budget.
What are your turnaround times?
For certain products if you are based locally, we can offer same day delivery or collection.
Low quantity orders can be available for next day UK delivery. Other printed items we will always be as flexible as we can be so let us know what your deadline is and we will confirm what we can do.
Could I collect from Scanplus?
We are happy for clients to collect from our factory in Croydon and we have parking on-site.
My order hasn’t arrived, who should I call?
If you call 020 7787 1100 or email production@scanplus.co.uk a member of the team will be able to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACS bank transfer, credit and debit cards. You can make a payment on our secure payment page when you receive our invoice. For all website orders you will go through an online payment on checkout.
Is VAT included?
VAT on printed items varies for certain products. Items such as stationery, posters, graphic displays and presentation folders are subject to VAT. Brochures, leaflets, magazine and prospectuses in general are zero rated.
What paper do you use?
We have access to a huge range of different high-quality paper types and weights. These include silk, gloss, uncoated, FSC and recycled options in weights between 80gsm to 450gsm. If you have a particular paper that you would like to use or match that is fine. We have accounts with all of the leading UK paper suppliers.
Can I use recycled paper?
All our stock papers are FSC accredited with part or fully recycled content.
What specialist finishes do you offer?
Our Specialist Finishes page will help provide inspiration! It covers foiling, embossing, spot gloss UV, die cutting and more. Lamination options include matt, gloss and soft touch along with a linen and leather styles.
Can you provide samples?
Yes! We have a wide range of printed samples we have produced that we would be happy to share with you. These might include different paper types for you to see or one of the specialist finishes to help inspire you to maximise the impact of your printed project. Anything from a luxury bespoke printed brochure or a range of stationery items – we can help.
Can someone come along to our office to discuss our requirements?
A member of the team will be happy to come into your office to discuss your next project and requirements. If you have some basic details prior to the meeting, we can make sure we have suitable samples and examples we can show you too.
Can I transfer my artwork over the internet to Scanplus?
Yes – see our Upload page or use an external file transfer facility (wetransfer.com etc).
Can you help with design and photography as well as the printing?
Yes, we work with a selection of superb graphic designers and photographers. Depending on your industry and requirements we can put make the necessary introductions so that we can help deliver on all aspects of your project.
What software is best to use for creating general artwork?
Adobe InDesign. Quark Xpress. Adobe Illustrator. Adobe Photoshop.
All can be saved on completion in PDF format.
What is press ready PDF atwork?
High resolution (300dpi), with trim marks, 3mm bleed, supplied in single page format and saved in CMYK (not RGB) with all fonts embedded.
In most cases we prefer to receive artwork in PDF format.
PDF/X-1a is an excellent ISO Standard for graphic file exchange, it ensures that fonts are embedded and all images need to be CMYK or spot colors.
